"Pretty easy to put together"
I gave it 4 stars because putting it together was easy overall. The panels lined up well, and I didn’t really need much help, which was a relief. It did take a little longer than I expected, so that was a bit frustrating, but nothing too terrible. The instructions were clear enough, and once it was all finished, I felt really happy with how good it looked...

"Fit my dog almost exactly how I hoped"
I was weirdly focused on the measurements before ordering because my dog is kind of in between sizes, and I’m glad I took the time to check them. It ended up fitting really nicely. There’s enough space for him to turn around and stretch a little, but it doesn’t look oversized or awkward. Even the little bit of extra room around the sides feels just right. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

I really liked that I could choose the size and panels, but wow, I definitely had a brief dramatic moment trying to figure it all out. Once I got through the decision-making chaos, my dog’s setup turned out really nice.

The panels themselves showed up mostly okay, but the box barely had any padding inside. A couple corners were scuffed, and one of the latches looked like it had taken some stress in transit. I also kind of felt passed around trying to figure out if this was a shipping issue or a packaging issue. For the price, I really expected them to be protected a lot better.

"Looks good, but not sure it’ll last"
It does look nice and putting it together wasn’t a big deal. After a while though, I started noticing some scratches and a couple parts feeling a little loose. Maybe it’s just from normal use, I don’t know, but I thought it would hold up a bit better. Not awful, just kind of disappointing.

"Shipping was just okay tbh"
I ordered from clearlylovedpets.com and the item did arrive in good shape, so no real issue there. Shipping just took a bit longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which was kinda annoying ngl. It wasn’t a bad experiecne or anything, just not super fast. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in a big rush.

My dog seems really comfy in it so far, and the setup itself is cozy. I just wish the instructions had been a little clearer, because I expected it to be more straightforward to put together.

"Took me a bit to notice, but it's really solid"
I've been using this pretty much every day and didn't think much about it at first, which is probably a good sign. After moving it around, opening and closing it a bunch, and just generally putting it through normal use, I started to appreciate that the hardware actually feels really sturdy. The hinges line up well, nothing feels flimsy or cheap, and so far it's still working just fine.

I picked up the clear pen it looks so much better than the old metal one we had. My sister even commented on how clean and low-key it looks. It doesn’t feel bulky at all, and the room still feels nice and open.

The door works well for the most part. The latch can be a bit sticky at first, so it takes a little getting used to, but once you figure it out, it works fine.

Overall, the pen feels sturdy and my dog seems comfortable and safe in it, so I’m mostly happy with it. That said, the way it was described made it sound a little more secure than it actually feels. The door latch works fine so far, but I expected it to feel stronger based on the wording. It’s not a dealbreaker, just not as worry-free as I thought it would be.
